Please identify the correct name of the topic that is involved in the dispute (e.g., "Performance Improvement/Smoking Cessation Counseling Programs"), and identify the parties involved (i.e., User names). Joint Commission staff will review the topic discussion and history and contact users to negotiate a solution.
