Removed the following from the 2nd paragraph:

"It is also possible that as a result of sharing of best practices and through the collaboration of the best and brightest minds in healthcare, we may even be able to reduce the costs of healthcare delivery, especially in the US, where healthcare costs per capita are the highest in the world!"

While I don't disagree with the idea, it struck me as an unnecessary editorial within this topic -- which is a brief, user-friendly description of the site.
