  • I am very excited by the wiki idea. Excellent way to push process improvement…. But, I believe that in order to build a good solid base of users, you should pilot some items of great interest and immediate utility to users rather than the current topics on the table which are of limited scope and or largely intractable problems at the individual user level… Will require a lot of wiki–ing to mature. What people need are quick, easy, exciting bits that can be shared…. Novel ideas and programs…. Something like….. “Our greatest and most easily reproducible success.” OR “Close Calls,” etc. Anybody want to share ideas for stimulating interest and participation in process improvement?
    • Absolutely agree with you. We had to begin this experiment with a pilot project of limited scope. We hope to expand the available topics (based upon your suggestions) as soon as possible. That might be in about two weeks, or we might need to wait until the end of the pilot in October. Stay tuned. If you want to add a suggested topics, click on the topic suggestion box.
