Examples of False Claims: • Billing in order to increase revenue instead of billing to reflect actual work performed. • Winning a contract through kickbacks and/or bribes • Forging a physician’s signature to game governmental reimbursement • Charging for tests and/or procedures never performed • Billing for marketing, lobbying or other non-contract related corporate activities.
